Derbyshire Falcons are set to face Worcestershire Rapids in a Vitality Blast cricket match at The Central Co-op County Ground in Derby on Thursday, July 10. The fixture is scheduled to start at 7:00 pm, with gates opening to the public at 5:00 pm.

The scheduled timings for the match include the toss at 6:30 pm, followed by the first innings starting at 7:00 pm. The interval is anticipated around 8:15 pm, leading into the second innings at approximately 8:30 pm. The match is expected to conclude around 9:45 pm.

Spectators planning to attend are encouraged to purchase tickets in advance to secure their entry and benefit from discounted prices. Adult tickets bought in advance are priced at £22. Special offers include a ‘Mates Night’ Bundle for £27, allowing two adults entry, junior tickets (Under 16s) for £5, and student tickets for £10. Group bookings also offer savings, with discounts ranging from 10% for groups of 5-7, 20% for 8-19, and 30% for 20 or more, with free junior tickets for groups of 20+. Additionally, attendees who have previously purchased tickets for a Derbyshire T20 fixture this summer can save 20% on tickets for a second match through the ‘Earn Your Stripes’ offer. Information regarding accessibility ticketing is available on the club’s Accessibility Information page. Members are reminded that Guest Passes and Reciprocal Offers are not valid for Twenty20 matches. All ticket purchases must be made via card or contactless payment, as no cash payments are accepted.

Tickets can also be purchased on the day at the club’s Matchday Ticket Sales Point. However, prices increase on the day of the match, making advance purchase the recommended option for both cost savings and guaranteed entry.

Ground entry begins two hours before the scheduled start of play. Various parking options are available for Vitality Blast fixtures. The Main Pavilion Car Park is designated for Executive Members, Hospitality Guests, and Accessibility Car Park ticket holders. The Frank Whittle Overflow Car Park offers limited pre-purchased match-specific parking and is available for Seasonal Car Park Pass holders. Further pre-purchased and limited on-the-day parking (if not sold out) is located at The Racecourse Car Park off St Mark’s Road. Accessible parking spaces are situated in the Monarch Security Pavilion car park and a nearby run-through area; spectators requiring these spaces are advised to pre-purchase tickets by contacting the club prior to matchday. Public car parks are also available nearby at Siddals Road (NCP) and Derbion Riverside. The ground is accessible by bus, with a stop near the main entrance, and by train via Derby station. Pedestrians and those arriving by public transport can enter through the main Pavilion entrance. All attendees are required to pass through a ticket scanning checkpoint upon arrival, presenting either a printed ticket, printed e-ticket, or an e-ticket on a smartphone.
