Spectator seating areas are indicated on the ground map. The only area with reserved seating is the Family Stand. Priority seating for supporters with accessibility needs is available on the front row of the main Falcons Stand and in designated Accessible Viewing Bays at the back of the Grandstand, available on a first-come, first-served basis for this fixture. Accessible toilets are located behind the Seat Unique Falcons Stand, in the Monarch Security Pavilion, and near the Monarch Security Business & Media Centre and the Ryley Wealth Elite Performance Centre. Spectators are permitted to bring their own chairs for grassed or concrete areas, provided walkways remain clear. Dogs are not allowed at Vitality Blast fixtures.
A dedicated Family Zone, located between the Ryley Wealth Grandstand and the WDS Business & Media Centre, offers reserved seating for those with pre-purchased tickets for this area. Behind the seating, the Family Zone features two skills challenges organized by the Derbyshire Cricket Foundation, including a speed cage and a batting target test. Spectators are also welcome to bring their own Kwik Cricket or soft ball equipment for mini games on the grass bank behind the Family Zone. Matchday giveaways include Scatterblasts (Vitality Blast T-Shirts caught during the game), 4/6 cards, and autograph sheets. Extra catering and pop-up bar facilities provide refreshments, such as draught and bottled beers and ciders, wine, prosecco, Pimm’s, and soft drinks, including low and no-alcohol choices. The club operates a Challenge 25 policy and responsible drinking guidelines, with an alcohol-free seating section located at one side of the Ryley Wealth Management Grandstand near the Family Zone. The club operates a Reusable Drinkware policy. Spectators may bring their own refreshments, but alcohol is prohibited, and soft drinks/water must be in clear plastic bottles. Water refill stations are available free of charge around the ground. The club uses a reusable cup system with a small cleaning charge to reduce plastic waste.
